*Beauty tries to spin and flee, but where she is normally as lithe and nimble as a gazelle, now she finds that taking three steps in the desired direction requires all her concentration. And while she is grateful that her body seems finally willing to do any small thing she suggests, she cannot but wish that it would do it less grudgingly.
The crazy woman(Lilah yes that is her name)makes a grab for her and Beauty instinctively wants to pull her arm back. But she seems not to be able to manage both her arms and legs at once so she keeps focusing on her legs praying that her arms and the rest of her will invariably follow. Then Lilah makes her suggestion. Go down to Dis-is she crazy? Well, yes Beauty is reasonably sure she is but this is too much.*
If you value a looking glass so much as to wish to pay for it with eternal immolation than you are welcome to it. It is the most foul of all the places I have been to here. I wish no part of it and I would ask you reconsider. Besides, nothing here stays fresh.
