*Unfortunately for Regulus there are so few times in life when the silent treatment can be used to it's full potential, because he would be incredibly good at it. He ignores Snape's question and doesn't say a word at the scratching, he may be something of a drowned rat but the need to respond semi-politely or even at all no longer seems important like it used to.*
